Ever dreamt of seeing your own horse racing on the big stage? Never thought it would be possible to have a runner compete at such a high level of racing without a huge outlay? With the affordability model of miRunners, these dreams are now being turned into reality for many Australians. The most exciting part? Race day debuts and the return to the track for most of our miRunners thoroughbreds is imminent.
Queensland trainer Tony Gollan welcomed the promising miRunners filly Lyrical Girl back into Gollan Stables this week to continue her preparation. She completed four weeks of trot and canter during her pre-training at Kolora Lodge, and Gollan couldn’t be happier with how she looks coming into his stables this preparation.
Precocious enough to trial pre Christmas, Tony Gollan has a big opinion of this filly who was always going out after the positive growth experience of trialling. See the latest image sent from Kolora Lodge of Lyrical Girl looking stronger than ever below:
Now that she is back in training with Tony Gollan, we hope to see this filly target some of the big races in Queensland’s 2YO Winter Carnival, stirring excitement for all involved with this filly.
Queensland trainers have been experiencing great success on the track over the past few months, with our very own miRunners trainer Chris Munce winning the $2m Magic Millions 3YO Guineas in January. Boomsara owners along with trainer Chris Munce only ever dreamt of winning a race like this, so it was no surprise that Munce and Boomsara’s connections couldn’t contain their excitement:
You too can experience this excitement this Queensland 2YO Carnival, by watching your very own Lyrical Girl hit the track. And with the excitement of Autumn racing in Queensland extending in May and June, if you are looking wake up on those cooler Saturday mornings with a real spring in your step, you must buy into the exciting Lyrical Girl trained by Tony Gollan today.
Lyrical Girl is now at majority sold but has some ownership units remaining at $275 per unit plus $15 a month. Lock in your annual racing calendar now, before it’s too late. Don’t miss out on the excitement of Autumn racing and watching your very own thoroughbred hit the track!
