So you want to buy a racehorse but you don’t want to pay a bucket? Fantastic, you’ve come to the right place!
miRunners is offering an ownership unit for a Mick Price-trained horse for between $165-$275 which will be available in January. You really should buy a Priority Access Voucher in the meantime though, here’s why…
1: Secure your right to purchase
miRunners’ first horse Saganaki sold out before he even got to barrier trials. Following that momentum, hundreds of people have already bought into the second horse. If you purchase a Priority Access Voucher you will secure your right to purchase a unit when the horse is bought January. If Priority Access Voucher holders purchase all 1,000 units in the second horse there will be no units available for the general public. So get in now!
2: Get fee free for two months
When the horse is available to purchase, units will be a one-off purchase price of between $165-$275 plus a monthly fee of $15 for training, management, food, transport, insurance etc. If you purchase a Priority Access Voucher and then purchase a unit in the horse, we will wave the first two monthly fees ($30 value). You essentially double your money simply for reserving your space.
3: Experience Buyer’s Journey
Owners of Saganaki got to experience the owner’s journey from purchase to training and barrier trials. They will experience race day soon! But what they didn’t get to experience was the buyer’s journey, which is what miRunners is offering with this second horse.

For the buyer’s journey, miRunners’ chief scout will provide regular video updates to voucher holders about the farms and yearlings that the miRunners network have inspected which include:
- Discussing the pedigree and family of yearlings we look at
- Discussing the different types of horses from different sire lines
- Discussing the different confirmation issues, what’s forgivable and what’s not
- Checking features and aspects of horses, what we like about what certain sires produce
- Quoting recent results via the stallions, or if the mare has produced significant winners
- Other relevant information about the studs and horses being inspected
It is important to note that these updates will only be available to those who have purchased a Priority Access Voucher, not to the general public or anyone else.
4: Invitation to attend Gold Coast
We will invite all Priority Access Voucher holders to join us at the Magic Millions auctions at the Gold Coast in January so you can be there when we purchase your horse. If you cannot make it to the auctions, we will supply a live stream of the auctions so you can still experience the thrill of bidding on your horse.
