Global Eclipse is back at the races tonight!
After a wet start to the week, causing a scratching for Global Eclipse at Ballarat – he now contests Race 8 tonight at Pakenham. Jockey Beau Mertens takes the ride. We can’t wait to see Global Eclipse back at the races, second up this preparation – he finished third at the start prior to this. We wish his large group of owners the best of luck!
Cobar and Freddy are now SOLD OUT!
Two of our four available horses are now SOLD OUT! Cobar (Sandbar x Moss My Name 2YO. C) is now sold out, he is currently in work with Charlotte Littlefield of Hayfields Racing and thriving.
Freddy, our Pierata gelding (Pierata x Highland Daughter 2YO. G) trained by Bjorn Baker is also SOLD OUT. Currently spelling, it won’t be long before he’s back in for his second preparation with the Bjorn Baker team.

Farnished trials in style at Royal Randwick
Farnished impressed us all this morning during his trial at Royal Randwick. He won the start when he jumped extremely well from the barriers, then travelled comfortably before he mustered some good speed in the final few hundred metres. Regan Bayliss took the ride and mentioned in the post-race interview that he was very happy with the son of Farnan and told us how pleased he is with him during this preparation. Farnished will gain great fitness from this morning’s trial and will now press on towards another Barrier Trial in a fortnight.
Jake makes his way to Cranbourne
Our exciting Graff colt, affectionately known as ‘Jake’ has made his way back to Cranbourne with his trainers Mick Price and Michael Kent Jnr for his second preparation. As you can see in the video below, he looks a million dollars and has really grown and matured during his spell and most recently, during pre-training.
He is a colt that our Head of Bloodstock, Mick Malone fell in love with from the moment he saw him. He’s an outstanding type and has a very professional attitude, we look forward to seeing how he progresses this preparation. Donny continues to impress at Randwick
Donny (Pinatubo (IRE) x Brave Lass (USA) continues to impress during this preparation at Royal Randwick with trainer Michael Freedman. He will now head back out for a well-deserved spell where he can continue to grow and develop before he commences his third preparation towards the Autumn Carnival.
