About The Trainer 

• Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott have been in partnership since 2016 and they have been a dominating force in the Australian thoroughbred industry ever since.
• The story of Tulloch Lodge began in 1941 when TJ Smith, Gai’s father, received his training licence. During the next fifty years, Tulloch Lodge produced some of the best horses ever to run in Australia, including the legendary Kingston Town and Tulloch.
• TJ became the most successful trainer of Group 1 winners in Australia, training a record 282 winners at the highest level, and receiving 33 consecutive trainers’ premierships.
• Following in her father’s footsteps, Gai has trained 150 Group 1 winners, including seven Golden Slippers.
• To date, Gai & Adrian have collectively trained 16 Group 1 winners.

Partnership with Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing/Suman Hedge Bloodstock (FBAA)/Kestrel Thoroughbreds

• miRunners have bought into the Cosmic Force x Divine Stryke filly in partnership with Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott Racing, Suman Hedge Bloodstock, and Kestrel Thoroughbreds. miRunners have 50% ownership of this filly.

Ongoing Costs

The monthly management fee for your first “horse lot” in each horse is $11 (inc GST) per month. You only pay this management fee on your first “horse lot” purchased. The monthly training fees for the Cosmic Force x Divine Stryke filly is $4.95 per month. This means your ongoing monthly costs for one “horse lot” is $15.95. For any additional “horse lots” purchased, you will just pay the $4.95 per month on top of the $15.95 you pay for your first lot (i.e. for 2 “horse lots”, the ongoing costs will be $20.90 per month).

You can purchase up to 5 “horse lots” in one horse. At the end of the experience, any surplus training fees will be reimbursed to owners.

**Please note that the monthly subscription payments will start on May 15 2023, regardless of when you purchased your “horse lot/s” prior to this date. If you purchase after April 30 2023, the cost will increase.
