  • As the best son of one of the most exciting young stallions in the country from a stallion lineage of Champions, Pierata’s racetrack career, highlighted by his superior ability and fighting qualities, forms an outstanding foundation for breeders to access the exceptional son of Triple Crown winner and Champion First and Second Season Sire Pierro.
  • Defeating 39 individual Gr.1 winners of 79 Gr.1 races highlighted by Trapeze Artist, Bivouac, Brutal, Exceedance, Nature Strip, Santa Ana Lane and Redzel, Pierata’s defining moment came in the Gr.1 All Aged Stakes during the Autumn carnival at Royal Randwick.
  • Outside of the top five only twice in his 26 career starts which netted in excess of $5.8m, another of Pierata’s undeniable highlights was his success in the Gr.3 Sydney Stakes over 1200m at Randwick, where he recorded a quicker time than Redzel achieved when winning the very next race on the card, $10m The Everest over the same distance.
  • A city winner and Gr.2 placed at two, Magic Millions Guineas success and runner up in the Gr.1 Randwick Guineas at three, while at four his wins in the Gr.2 Missile Stakes and Gr.3 Sydney Stakes were coupled with Gr.1 placed efforts in the VRC Sprint and the Galaxy Handicap culminating in his All Aged Stakes win and ultimately awarded a globally recognised Timeform Rating of 126.
  • At 5, the outstanding sprinter Pierata once again showed his blistering race sectionals to record success in Gr.2 Shorts Handicap and the Redzel Stakes before ending his career with a nose second in the Gr.1 All Aged Stakes, highlighting his sensational consistency throughout his career.

All you need to know about trainers Richard and Will Freedman

Richard began training in the 70’s when he trained his first winner at Canberra at age 18 years old – at the time believed to be the youngest ever professional trainer to train a winner in Australian Racing history. He then joined his brothers Lee, Anthony and Michael in the early 80’s. During their 20-year training partnership, the Freedman stable was one of Australia’s most prominent, preparing over 100 Group 1 winners. That includes five Melbourne Cups, four Golden Slippers, four Caulfield Cups and two Cox Plates. Richard then took a break from training in the early 2000’s to pursue a career in broadcast and after 15 successful years covering racing and professional sport, he returned to the training ranks in 2017 with his brother Michael where he oversaw the Rosehill Stables of Freedman Brothers.
 

Richard’s son Will previously trained at Scone and joined in partnership with his father in April 2022 to form Freedman Training.

Not to mention I personally will own shares in this outstanding colt, and purchased from a breeder that gets it right so often!
From two time winning Gr2 placed Fastnet Rock mare in Global Dream, who also showed her two year old talent finishing 4th in the Magic Millions 2yr Classic, talk about Maternal sire input this colt from a Fastnet Rock mare who is out of a Woodman mare who in turn is from a Snippets mare! Global Dream has already produced multiple winners including Breeders Plate winner and Gr2 Silver Slipper runner up Global Quest. Outstanding Colt with a pedigree to match!

Ongoing Costs

The monthly management fee for your first “horse lot” in each horse is $11 (inc GST) per month. You only pay this management fee on your first “horse lot” purchased. The monthly training fees for the Pierata x Global Dream colt is $4.94 per month. This means your ongoing monthly costs for one “horse lot” is $15.94. For any additional “horse lots” purchased, you will just pay the $4.94 per month on top of the $15.94 you pay for your first lot (i.e. for 2 “horse lots”, the ongoing costs will be $20.88 per month).

You can purchase up to 5 “horse lots” in one horse. At the end of the experience, any surplus training fees will be reimbursed to owners.

**Please note that the monthly subscription payments will start on July 15 2023, regardless of when you purchased your “horse lot/s” prior to this date. If you purchase after April 30 2023, the cost will increase.
