  • A striking filly by up-and-coming sire Cosmic Force

  • Cosmic Force was a pre-Christmas 2YO by one of Australia’s hottest young sires Deep Field

  • Broke a race record defeating Standout and Microphone in the time-honoured Group 2 Roman Consul Stakes also won by the likes of Exceed and Excel, Fastnet Rock, Brazen Beau, Zoustar, and Russian Revolution.
  • What they have to say about sire Cosmic Force:
    • “When they win by that far it is ability.” – co-trainer Peter Snowden, Sydney Morning Herald March 19, 2019

All you need to know about trainers Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott

  • Gai Waterhouse & Adrian Bott have been in partnership since 2016 and they have been a dominating force in the Australian thoroughbred industry ever since.
  • The story of Tulloch Lodge began in 1941 when TJ Smith, Gai’s father, received his training licence. During the next fifty years, Tulloch Lodge produced some of the best horses ever to run in Australia, including the legendary Kingston Town and Tulloch.
  • TJ became the most successful trainer of Group 1 winners in Australia, training a record 282 winners at the highest level, and receiving 33 consecutive trainers’ premierships.
  • Following in her father’s footsteps, Gai has trained 150 Group 1 winners, including seven Golden Slippers.
  • To date, Gai & Adrian have collectively trained 16 Group 1 winners.

Hear what miRunners Head of Bloodstock Mick Malone thinks of this purchase

“By a new first season stallion in Cosmic Force (by Deep Field), a really speedy 2yo himself from a mare that won over 800m, this filly was bred to be quick, and doesn’t she look it! In saying that she also has the length and scope to not only be precocious but race on at three and four. With NZ horse of the year Kings Chapel on the page who was champion Sprinter/miler gives this filly longevity via her pedigree and something that stands out on type to me.

To be trained by Gai and Adrian I’m sure we won’t have to wait long to see her step out, but as I said looks like has scope to get better with age.”
