Bellarine Beauty puts in a solid debut performance to finish 4th

Bellarine Beauty stepped out on debut in Race 2 at Seymour yesterday afternoon, with jockey Craig Wiliams on board. The field narrowed down to 9 runners, with many of them solidly in the market and having their first starts. 3YO filly Bellarine Beauty jumped out of the gates a tad slower than what we have seen in her trials and struggled to find a place in the field, eventually settling 3 wide the trip. Despite this, and being bumped at the 200m by the eventual winner and race favourite, she still managed to hit the line nicely and finish 4th.…

In doing so, he recorded his first win, winning by an impressive 4.5 lengths.  In Race 7, 3YO filly Tahlayla brought up her 3rd win from her last 5 starts with a gutsy all the way victory, stretching out to 1400m for…

The excitement is building for owners in our Not A Single Doubt x Countess Dehere filly trained by Troy Corstens, as she is now readying to make her race day debut. Troy was quite impressed with the…

Not A Royal Doubt returns to the track alongside Slipper favourite

It was a competitive field for Not A Royal Doubt’s first trial of this preparation, as she was up against one of the Golden Slipper favourites in Loving Gaby. Not A Royal Doubt came out well in the barriers to settle at the end of the field, not being at all pushed or stressed by jockey Blake Shinn. The aim of the trial was to just get her familiar with the track again, so she was ridden easy and quietly to the line.
