Owning an expensive racehorse with racing royalty is now affordable with miRunners. The currently unnamed two-year-old filly by highly regarded stallion Hinchinbrook, is to be trained in partnership by the first lady of racing Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott.
As a premium-bred filly purchased from the Magic Millions 2019 Gold Coast Yearling Sale, now is the time to take the leap and experience affordable racehorse ownership at just $187 per ownership unit.
With a resume boasting over 130 Group One wins highlighted by six Golden Slipper victories and achieving the two-year-old Triple Crown twice with Dance Hero and Pierro, juvenile success is prominent in the Bott and Waterhouse stable.
As the Lady Trainer has shown over the years her stable is no stranger to winning and in 2013 Her Majesty The Queen joined in the excitement of owning a horse trained by the Tulloch Lodge team.
Carlton House amassed earnings in excess of $1.2 million with one of his career-high points being his third place in the 2014 Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes. “How fantastic that the race named after his owner (and has been since 1954) was Carlton House’s last ever race.” Waterhouse said.
The Hinchinbrook x Koonoomoo filly
The miRunners owned two-year-old filly out of the Group Three winning mare Koonoomoo offers a number of jewels in her crown. Identified by Bott and Waterhouse as a ‘very nice type of filly’, Sassy Sal as she is affectionately known continued to please in her education.
“She is nice and settled in the barriers and she had a pop out of the practice barriers which will really bring her on mentally.”
Now preparing to return for her first big 2yo campaign at Emeran Park, the team there continue to be impressed by her progression. “We are really happy with her coverage, very pleased with her coat condition and as she has demonstrated she is feeling well.”
