So you want to buy a racehorse but you don’t want to pay a fortune? Fantastic, you’ve come to the right place!
miRunners is offering an ownership unit for a David Hayes and Lindsay Park-trained horse to be purchased at the Inglis Easter Sales for between $165-$330, which will be made available towards the end of April. You really should buy a Priority Access Ticket in the meantime though, here are 5 reasons why…
1. Secure your right to purchase
If you purchase a Priority Access Ticket, you will secure your right to purchase a unit when the horse is bought at the Inglis Easter Sales in April. If Priority Access Ticket holders purchase all 1,000 units in this horse to be trained by David Hayes and Lindsay Park, there will be no units available for the general public. So get in now!
We all know that Zoushack, who is trained by David Hayes and the Lindsay Park team sold out quickly. So secure your Priority Access Ticket today to ensure you don’t miss out on a unit in our next horse to be trained by this winning team!
2. Get the $50 back on your unit purchase
When the horse is available to purchase following the sales, units will be a one-off purchase price of between $165-$330 plus a monthly fee of $15 for training, management, food, transport, insurance etc. If you purchase a Priority Access Ticket and then consequently purchase a unit in the horse, you receive a $50 credit for your unit purchase, so you are losing nothing, but gaining everything!
3. An invitation to an exclusive sneak-peak of the Inglis Easter Sales on April 7 at 10am
With the purchase of your Priority Access Ticket, you will be invited to a sneak-peak of the Inglis Easter Sales to be held on April 7 at 10am at the Inglis Riverside Stables, Warwick Farm. At this exclusive sales sneak-peak, you will hear from miRunners CEO Steve Brown, Bloodstock Agent Mick Malone AND trainer David Hayes on the process they go through when buying a yearling.
They will touch on some of the important things they consider when buying at the yearling auctions, including:
- What bloodstock agents consider most important when selecting a yearling
- Why pedigree is important
- Discussing the bloodlines of some of the yearlings we are bidding on
- An insight into the different confirmation issues, what is forgivable and what is not
- Checking features and aspects of horses, what we like about what certain sires produce
- Quoting recent results for the stallions, or if the mare has produced significant winners
- Other relevant information about the studs and horses being inspected at auction
This event is exclusive to Priority Access Ticket holders and will not be made available to anyone else. Secure your spot and learn more from the experts on what goes into the decision-making process of buying a yearling!
4. A limited edition Lindsay Park/miRunners cap and sticker pack!
Do you want to show people that you own a horse trained by David Hayes and the Lindsay Park team? Not only will you get your $50 back in credit towards your unit upon purchase, you will also receive a limited edition merchandise pack valued at $45 for FREE!
Only the people who purchase Priority Access Tickets will receive their limited edition merchandise pack. This merchandise will be exclusively available to priority voucher holders, and will not be made available to the general public.
5. An exclusive on-purchase signed sale photo
For the first time, miRunners are offering all Priority Access Ticket holders an exclusive photo of their horse on sale day, to be delivered to you via email following the sales. The photo of your new thoroughbred will be signed by leading trainer David Hayes – so you can show it off to people in your living room!
