Lyrical Girl returned to the track in a trial on Tuesday, and showed trainer Tony Gollan and all her connections just how much she has improved since her trial last December. With units down to the last few hundred in Lyrical Girl, why not secure your share in this promising filly today?
Lyrical Girl jumped well out of the barriers and settled fourth on the rails for most of the trial. She was ridden quietly by jockey Lani Fancourt, who got her to finish off strongly to the line, finishing third just a length off the winner.
When speaking post-trial, trainer Tony Gollan said: “She began really well in this trial, and put herself in a nice position. She traveled nicely throughout and never really came off the bridal, and was just boxed in behind them.”
