miRunners owners are pumped and excited about the current line up and early signs of potential with many of their thoroughbreds, all at the point of jump outs and trials in preparation for the Autumn racing season.
Yesterday morning (Tuesday 19th February), Shezawitness trained by Mick Price blitzed the field by three lengths in her jump out at Caulfield Racecourse.
Mick Price is excited by this filly and how she has progressed since last year. He is now planning to give Shezawitness another trial next Tuesday February 26 and if all goes well, take her to the races after that. Check out the jump-out and Mick Price’s comments in the videos below:
Shezawitness isn’t the only miRunners horse currently in preparation for race day. Zoushack with David Hayes and Lindsay Park made his race day debut on Everest Day last year, and despite having a tough run he made a huge impression on the Hayes team. He trialled last week and showed he’s crushing nicely this time in, view him ease down nicely in the replay below:
Gaelic Puzzle with Bjorn Baker is our most recent 2YO taking to the track. She had her first trial last week, and showed great speed out of the gates and on the turn, finishing an impressive third against an experienced field after not being back in work long. Watch the replay below:
