3. Winning bloodlines
When you join the miRunners community, you get to join the wider racing industry. As most of our miRunners horses are still in training and have yet to race, we’re keeping a close eye on their progress – and of course, they come from amazing bloodlines. The two thoroughbreds available now:
Rubick x Slainte: Rubick was widely touted as being the highest rated two-year-old of his generation. As the most precocious son of Encosta de Lago, Rubick was a brilliant weight-for-age winning sprinter as a 3-year-old.
Our filly’s dam, Slainte, had a great style. She was big, strong and athletic and extremely fast. She broke track records over 1,000 metres and was continually leading from the gate.
Your Song x Sheeznodoubt: This filly hails from an impressive pedigree being by Your Song who won the G1 BTC Cup in Brisbane by a massive five-length margin. She is also from the 2YO winning Not A Single Doubt mare, Sheeznodoubt, who finished fourth at the listed AJC Gimcrack stakes, the first 2YO race of the year – suggesting an early runner is on the cards.
The mare has produced four foals to race, of all whom are winners including stakes-placed She’s Our Star. What a great family to join!
